Our strategy was rooted in a dual approach:

Leveraging advanced AI to tailor health plans and employing behavioral science to ensure sustained user engagement.

We delved into the realms of BJ Fogg’s Tiny Habits and James Clear's Atomic Habits, among other behavioral models, to craft a Behavior Engine designed to foster daily healthy habits. At its heart a number of innovative models meant to guide, motivate and reinforce healthy positive habits such as “Identity based behaviors” or “Smallest perceived progress” among others.

Our strategy was rooted in a dual approach:

Leveraging advanced AI to tailor health plans and employing behavioral science to ensure sustained user engagement.
